Led by Artistic and General Director, Chris Abraham, and Executive Director, Sherrie Johnson, Crow’s Theatre is located at the corner of Dundas Street East and Carlaw Avenue in Toronto’s east end. Our home at Streetcar Crowsnest is comprised of four venues for cultural and community programming and events: the Guloien Theatre (200 seats); Studio Theatre (90); the Nada Ristich Studio Gallery (80); and the Lobby Bar. We also have a full-service restaurant on site that features 60 seats indoors and 75 on the outdoor patio. The facility features state-of-the-art technical and specialized theatrical equipment, full streaming and digital event capabilities, and artistic and administrative offices.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Marketing Co-ordinator position is an opportunity to experience, learn from and support multiple departments across the organization and gain hands-on experience working with Crow’s Theatre’s Director of Marketing and Communications and Crow’s Theatre’s Marketing Associate. This position will be responsible for assisting the Marketing department in an exciting array of marketing and communications activities and campaigns while be supported for success. This is a great introductory level experience for those considering a professional career in arts marketing. The candidate's involvement in an array of activities within the company and the theatre venue will enable a very productive mentorship experience for their future career goals.

COMPENSATION
This is an 8-week contract position partially funded by Canada Summer Jobs and pays an hourly rate of $20/hour.
