
Theatre Policies

All performances begin promptly as scheduled. Latecomers will be admitted only at a suitable break in the performance when possible, and seating location will be at the discretion of the management. If you are late, it may not be possible to seat you until the intermission; if the production has no intermission, you may not be admitted at all. There are no refunds for latecomers.

The use of any audio/video/image recordings or transmitting devices of any kind is prohibited. Any person using any unauthorized recording or transmitting device will be required to surrender or erase any recordings, photographic or digital images and may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.

Please turn off your cell phone, pager, and all other audible electronic devices before the performance begins.

If you leave your seat during the performance, we will reseat you only at a suitable break in the performance, which might not be until the intermission. Seating location will be at the discretion of the management.

We advise arriving 30 minutes prior to the event time to allow for seating in the auditorium.

There is no dress code. For the comfort and health of our patrons, artists, and staff, Crow’s Theatre kindly requests that all visitors to the theatre respect our scent-free environment and refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, and other scented personal products to performances.

So as not to disturb others, please refrain from tweeting and texting during the show. When the curtain goes up, your device must be turned off. We do however encourage folks to tweet us pre and post show and during intermission @crowstheatre

Remain in your seat until the performance has completely ended and the house lights have been turned on.

Avoid unwrapping candies and cough drops during the performance.
Ticketing Policies

Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited. Crow’s Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased through any unauthorized sales channel, and such tickets will not be honoured.

If you need to exchange your tickets, please call the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance of your performance date. Tickets can be exchanged for an alternative performance within the same production for a fee of $5 per ticket, subject to availability.

Single tickets are final sale, Streetcar Crowsnest cannot issue refunds. Tickets can be exchanged for a different performance within the same production for a fee of $5 + HST per order, subject to availability and with 24 hours’ notice.

Each ticket is subject to a Facility Fee of $2.50 + HST when purchasing online or over the phone

There is a $4.00 + HST fee for mailing tickets via Canada Post (Subscription Packages are exempt).

Each Student ticket purchased must be used by a student with valid student I.D.
- Senior ticket prices are available to those aged 65 and over

Streetcar Crowsnest reserves the right to refuse admission without refund and expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct it deems objectionable.

Streetcar Crowsnest reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.

If your tickets are lost, we will gladly arrange for a replacement. Simply bring Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to the Box Office at least 30 minutes prior to your performance.

Regardless of age, each person attending a performance must have a ticket.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission without refund if conditions are violated, and expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct it deems objectionable.

All ticket holders assumes all responsibility for any risk or bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending any event, and waives all right to claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after the event
Tickets can be mail if suitable delivery time allows. A $4.00 Ticket Mailing Fee will be applied per order.

The privacy policy outlines (1) the types of information that we collect, (2) why we collect the information, (3) how we use the information collected, (4) the measures in place to keep your information secure, (5) your rights to access your personal information and your privacy preferences, and (6) who can answer your questions about privacy. To prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, distribution, loss, alteration, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, Crow’s Theatre has in place appropriate administrative, physical, and technological safeguards and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.
This statistical information we collect is used for internal review and to improve the content of our audience, patron and donor services. We do not share our data with other organizations for commercial purposes. This data is used exclusively by Crow’s and our Season Partners to provide you with information and materials as requested.
When you purchase tickets to a production or event at Crow’s produced by a rental company or a guest company, your personal information will be shared with that outside company along with any requests you have made to not be contacted.

Harassment Policy Overview
Crow’s Theatre is committed to providing and maintaining a positive working environment where all of our people are treated with dignity and respect and there is zero tolerance of any form of harassment, sexual harassment and workplace violence.
Harassment is a form of discrimination and includes any conduct — be it verbal, physical, or by innuendo — that is likely to cause offence or humiliation to any person based on the prohibited grounds of discrimination provided in the Human Rights Code.
Crow’s Theatre recognizes that every person possesses basic human rights including the right to respect, dignity, and protection from all forms of harassment. Therefore, Crow’s Theatre takes every reasonable measure to ensure that no person who works for or with our company is subject to such abuse from any source within Crow’s Theatre’s governing, membership, managing and staff structures which constitutes a threat to the health and safety of the person.
Crow’s Theatre will adhere to the spirit and intent of all applicable legislation governing workplace harassment including, but not limited to, the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
