An initial deposit of 50% of cost estimate is required to secure the date and space, along with the signed contract. Payments must be paid in accordance with your payment schedule (outlined in the Schedule A in the booking contract). All deposits must be paid prior to your event in order to gain access to the venue.

Deposits are 100% refundable within 3-days of signing the contract (less a $250 administration fee and applicable tax) which will be deducted from your deposit. If your booking is confirmed less than 3 months before the date, the deposits are non-refundable. All deposits and payments are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received after the 3-day period.
