There is no extra charge for Crow’s State-of-the-Arts technical available inventory, professional grade high caliber sound and theatrical lighting. The Event Manager and Technical Director are happy to assist you to arrange with our preferred supplier for any additional audio-visual requirements which are not available within the facility. This is charged separately.
Crow’s Technical Services is charged on an hourly basis for planning, set-up and strike. Technical floor plans are provided for each event.

Crow’s is proud of our outstanding preferred caterers. Each offers an extensive selection of menus and menu packages for every type of event; weddings, parties, meetings. They work with you to choose the right style and the perfect menu with your event budget. The caterer will take care of food, rentals and staffing.
Streetcar Crowsnest is a fully licensed facility and will take care of all beverage details related to your event. We will coordinate your selection and our Bar Manager will ensure the offerings delight your expectations.

Our preferred supplier is uniquely qualified to provide excellent products and service . If items are not on inventory with our preferred entals supplier, you are welcome to involve other suppliers with approval and coordination with the Event Manager, a 20% landmark is applied.

Other Vendors And Suppliers
Crow’s welcomes professional vendors or suppliers aside from those on our list. We reserve the right of approval and a 20% landmark is applied. The Event Manager will coordinate with the client and the vendor to ensure best practices and a successful event.
Please ask us to recommend creative providers of services, such as florals, decor, design, entertainment, music, favours, photographers, videographers, invitations, planning and more.

Good to Know
Audio/Visual needs above and beyond what is available from the extensive Crow’s in-house inventory may be provided by our preferred supplier, subject to an additional charge.
Room rental fees include general cleaning and maintenance. Additional post-event cleaning may be required for the removal of excess refuse, subject to an additional charge.
On-site coat check may be attended at a rate of $300.

Crow’s Event Management is on-site for every event. Additional staff for enhanced setups and teardowns is charged on an hourly basis.
The 15% landmark fee is applied to the caterer's invoice (on food and staffing). This fee supports the artistic professional and community programs of Crow’s Theatre, a registered charitable organization. Should you decide to forego Crow’s list of preferred vendors and use a guest vendor, a 20% Landmark Fee is applied.
Contained open flame is permitted with approval.
Underground public pay-and-display parking is available, the entrance is just north of 345 Carlaw Avenue. Additional above ground parking is available in the area. Valet parking can also be arranged through the Crow’s Event Manager for easy guest arrival.
A fully licensed 60-seat restaurant with patio is adjacent to the Lobby Bar. It is available for private events or for additional space and is contracted separately.
Standard chairs are available for use at no extra charge (stackable, black) x 250.
Security is required for events with over 100 guests, at $200 minimum.
SET-UP / STRIKE
Should extra time on another day be required, ex. for set-up or rehearsal, time will be charged.
SOCAN (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) is applicable to all functions, whether live or reproduced music is played. Crow’s Theatre charges a blanket cost of $50, plus HST. For more information about this tariff please visit www.socan.ca.
