There is no extra charge to use our in-house State-of-the-Arts technical inventory, as available. We have professional grade high-calibre sound and theatrical lighting. Our in-house Technicians will help design and supervise all your technical requirements, charged hourly.
For set-up, day-of, and strike, our Technicians are charged on an hourly basis. We work closely to ensure that every technical detail is taken care of ... it’s what we do!
Technical floorplans can be custom prepared for your event.
The Event Manager and Technicians will arrange with our preferred vendor for any additional audio-visual requirements which are not available within the facility. This is charged separately.

We are exceptionally proud of our bar service and our bar product selections. We love to offer local and lively libations ... we strive to deliver great hospitality that your guests will remember!
Streetcar Crowsnest is a fully-licensed facility and does not require separate event permits.
We take care of all the beverage details related to your event. We manage, staff and stock our bar as needed. We love to customize the offering, when requested, and create Signature Cocktails when asked. Our Bar Manager coordinates your selection and ensures that it meets and exceeds your expectations!
Our Bar Manager is an excellent resource for advice. We can assist with the acquisition of off-list choices for wine and food pairings. We regularly carry craft beers and offer specialty items not generally available.
Bartenders and wine stewards are certified experts.
Bar service options include:

- Standard: $45 per person for alcohol; $5 per person for non-alcohol
- Premium: $60 per person for alcohol; $5 per person for non-alcohol

Your caterer will take care of the food, the rentals and the serving staff in coordination with our preferred partners in planning. They work together to style your event to your budget and to take care of all the details. We are supported by our partners who arrange the right service, with the right design, with the perfect menu for your event.
- A 15% Landmark Fee is applied on food and staffing
- We welcome outside professional caterers with our approval. A 20% Landmark Fee is applied on food and staffing
- Catering prep area is 300 ft2 with power service for 4 ovens [208/220V 3-phase] and an industrial sink
- Loading ramp is directly accessible to catering prep area

Audio/Visual needs which are above and beyond what is available from our extensive inventory may be provided by our preferred technical A/V vendor, subject to an additional charge.
Streetcar Crowsnest has greatest availability for events between April and October annually.
- Room rental fees include general cleaning and maintenance
- Additional post-event cleaning may be required for the removal of excess refuse, subject to an additional charge

Event Management is on-site for every event at no charge. Technical crew and venue staff for set-up, rehearsal, day-of and strike is charged on an hourly basis.
The 15% Landmark Fee on catering (applied to food & staffing) is added to your catering invoice by the caterers. This Fee supports the artistic professional and community programs of Crow’s Theatre, a registered charitable organization. Should you decide to go of our list of preferred caterers or vendors, a 20% Landmark Fee is applied.
Contained open flame is permitted with our approval.
Underground public pay-and-display parking is available, the entrance is in the laneway just north of 345 Carlaw Avenue. Valet parking may be arranged through the Event Manager.
A fully licensed 60-seat restaurant is adjacent to the Lobby Bar. It may be available for private events and is contracted separately.
Our standard theatre chairs are available for use at no extra charge (stackable, black) x 250.
Required for events where alcohol is served of over 100 guests or at the discretion of the Event Manager; $200 minimum.
Should extra time on another day be required (i.e. for set-up or rehearsal) crew and staff time will be charged hourly.
SOCAN (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) is applicable to all functions, whether live or reproduced music is played at a blanket cost of $50, plus HST. For more information about this tariff please visit www.socan.ca.
