    GENERALLY HOSPITAL
Let’s get clinical! Generally Hospital is a comedic show about a serious place: the hospital. Songs about death, hospital rules during The Purge, and finding love in a room filled with farts - we have you covered for an hour of laughter, tears, and other bodily functions.

Directed by award-winning comedian Leigh Cameron, this sketch comedy revue lifts the veil that shrouds the hospital and lets the audience in on all the weird, wacky, and bewildering things that happen inside.

The idea for Generally Hospital began with Ophira Calof (2018 Tims Sims Award winner) and Grace Smith (Scam Algie, Cereal in a Mason Jar), who met in the Second City Conservatory Program and were shocked by the lack of accessible comedy venues in Toronto. They decided to design a sketch comedy revue with accessibility in mind, and thus Generally Hospital was born.

Directed by award-winning comedian Leigh Cameron (Second City Mainstage alum, 32 Short Sketches About Bees - 2017 Toronto Fringe Patron’s Pick and Second City Award for Outstanding New Comedy), Generally Hospital was written and performed by Ophira Calof, Grace Smith, Alia Rasul (Bad Dog Theatresports), Sabrina Friedman (Only One of us is Jewish), and Devan Islas (Good Judy), with dramaturg Ryan Hughes (Welcome to the Bunker, Trash Pandas) and music director Nicole Byblow (She the People).

All four are alumni of the Second City Mainstage in Toronto, combining for over 60 years of comedy experience. They have taught and performed the world over, from Bratislava to Barcelona, from London to the Gulf of Mexico (aboard a cruise ship). FLO & JOAN
Flo & Joan are the multi-award winning British musical comedy duo, and sisters, Nicola and Rosie Dempsey.

Following two consecutive sell-out years at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, over 50 million views online, and in the middle of their current UK tour, they take huge pleasure in hauling their dark and waggish, stiletto-sharp songs back to the place where they were first woefully over-indulged, Toronto.

The piano/percussion pair have headlined and played to audiences across North America and the UK, winning awards and selections including Chortle’s Best Music and Variety Act 2018, Leicester Comedy Festival’s Best Musical Act 2018, Montreal Sketchfest Best of the Fest Selection 2017 and Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival’s Now Magazine Audience Choice Award 2017.

Their debut show 'Victory Flaps' was announced as one of the Top 10 Shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the Amused Moose Comedy Awards 2016. Their follow-up show 'The Kindness of Stranglers' was not. Both have been released as albums.

Their third show, 'Alive on Stage', had a critically acclaimed, sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2018 where it was one of the best reviewed shows of the Festival (British Comedy Guide) and landed them a place in Dave TV’s Top 10 Jokes of the Fringe. They are currently touring 'Alive on Stage' with stops in Toronto, Australia, Norway and Dorking, which is a real town in England.

Their Canadian TV credits include CBC’s flagship comedy show This Hour Has 22 Minutes, and they have recorded a set of four videos for CBC Online. Now in the UK they can be seen and heard existing on Rob Delaney’s Stand-Up Central for Comedy Central, Horrible Histories for CBBC online, The Now Show and Fresh From the Fringe for BBC Radio 4, and online where their songs have had over 50 million views to date.

    ENTRANCES & EXITS
What is farce? An exaggerated and improbable series of events that serve solely for entertainment. Now take that add a few suggestions from the audience and watch what unfolds. In a new unscripted format seven of Toronto’s best actors and improvisers piece together a 60 minute improvised play based on the traditional farces we love like The Norman Conquests and Noises Off. The Format: Act 1 and Act 2 take place over the same window of time in adjoining rooms of one house with a variety of (you guessed it) entrances and exits.

Winner: "Best of Toronto Fringe" 2018

"Some of the best actors and improvisers in the city make this made-up two-act farce look easy... A huge challenge, requiring ingenuity, imagination and a solid sense of timing. All of which this ensemble has in spades." - Glenn Sumi, Now Magazine

Created by Ruth Goodwin and Liz Johnston, directed by Paolo Santalucia.
Starring: Conor Bradbury (Sex T Rex), Nigel Downer (The Second City Mainstage), Dylan Evans (Soulpepper Theatre), Ruth Goodwin (Private Eyes (Global TV), The Howland Company), Liz Johnson (Bad Dog Theatre) and Connor Low (Bad Dog Theatre).
