Where's the Beat? Spring 2019
- Jan 12 - Apr 13, 2019
Where’s the Beat? (2-5yrs + caregiver)
Kids 2-5yrs old and a caregiver are invited to spend their Saturday mornings discovering music, rhythms and beats while exploring their young listening and motor skills. In the class you’ll learn a repertoire of songs that you can sing with your kids anytime, anyplace. When your kids see you participating in the activities of the class, they’ll want to join in too because they love to do what you do, and with love and praise and encouragement their confidence and abilities will grow. It’s a great way to make music part of your daily life. There will be circle and action songs so that you can feel the music in your bodies, and songs with percussion instruments which help develop rhythmic abilities and musical independence. Most of all it is a great way to have some fun and spend some time together on a Saturday morning!
