Holiday shopping, winter crafts, and tasty food at Streetcar Crowsnest
December 21st and 22nd!
Withrow Park Farmers’ Market will once again transform Streetcar Crowsnest into an intimate, community market.
The pop-up Winter Market celebrates all things local, like A Word in the Woods‘ handmade-in-Toronto leather goods and accessories. Canadian Stitchery will offer their limited edition super-cool province ornaments, laser cut from birch wood. Corktown Soap will be selling their vegan body care products along with so much more! For a full list of vendors, visit here.
Look forward to the delicious food options too! If you work up an appetite perusing the market, stop by Mama Linda’s Kitchen for savoury flavours of the Philippines and find out why she sells out at every market! Or, grab the hot and flakey Zimbabwean style pies handcrafted by Mnandi Pies with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Make sure to stock up on goodies to enjoy with family and friends too! Take home artisanal treats from the fabulous Gemaro Bakery who specializes in gluten-free and allergen-free goodies. First Fish will also have Wild Caught Arctic Char & Turbot from Baffin Island which is the perfect addition to any holiday spread!
It’s a family event and everyone is welcome. Kids can make holiday crafts with Lonny’s Smiles and there will be free festive face painting with Dina the artist.
It’s the perfect opportunity to ditch the madness of the mall and find those unique last-minute gifts and delicious holiday treats in a cozy marketplace. We’ll have everything from jewellery and knitwear to artisanal chocolate and everything in between!
Admission is FREE!
