Written in response to the politically motivated mass shooting in Norway, the play does not re-enact violence, it looks at its aftermath and focuses on how communities find their way forward, even when that seems impossible.
The Events has been described as “…a solemn, searching and ultimately very moving play…” and “an extraordinary new work…strangely uplifting…”.
