Box Office & Ticket Information

Online

Tickets and subscriptions for all performances can be purchased at crowstheatre.com, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In Person

At the box office, 345 Carlaw Avenue (and Dundas Street East), one hour prior to each performance with the exception of Sunday Pay-What-You-Can performances when the box office opens two hours prior to the performance.

 

Premium Seating

All Crow's Theatre 2022.23 Season shows offer limited Premium Seating for an additional $15. These seats are reserved specifically for you, in the central block considered the best eye line to the stage.

Ticket Discounts

Reduced ticket prices are available for Seniors 65+, Arts Workers, and Students and Under 30You will be required to provide proof of eligibility when you pick up your tickets.

Sunday Pay-What-You-Can

Each Sunday a limited number of Pay-What-You-Can tickets are available for the 1:30pm or 2pm matinee performance of each Crow's Theatre production or presentation.  Sales open at 12pm EST for in person  purchasing at the box office (cash, debit, credit).

Groups

Groups of eight or more are eligible for discounts on select productions.

Attendant Care and Companion Tickets

Complimentary attendant care and companion tickets are available for patrons living with a disability who require assistance to use our facility. Crow's Theatre is a proud member of the Easter Seals Access 2 Program.

Ticket Service Charges

All tickets purchased are subject to a service charge of $2.50 plus hst.

Ticket Pickup

Please arrive at the theatre early to pick up your physical tickets. We are no longer accepting e-tickets, as our ticketing scanner isn't working. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your performance to give you ample time to find parking, choose your seat, and enjoy a beverage or snack from our Lobby Bar. 

Latecomers

In the interest of all patrons, latecomers and those who leave the theatre during a performance, will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomer seating location will be at the discretion of the front-of-house staff. For most performances, latecomers CANNOT be admitted.

Ticket Exchanges

If you need to exchange your tickets, please call the box office at least 24 hours in advance of your performance date. Please let the box office know if you are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of COVID-19. We will happily change your tickets to a different performance date, subject to availability. 

Recording & Electronic Devices

As a courtesy to the performers and other patrons, please set all electronic devices to silent. The use of cameras, video cameras or sound-recording devices of any kind is prohibited inside the theatre. Any person using an unauthorized recording device will be required to surrender or erase any recordings, photographic or digital images, and may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.

If your tickets are lost, we will gladly arrange for a replacement. Simply bring Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to the box office at least 30 minutes prior to your performance.

Streetcar Crowsnest reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket. 

Regardless of age, each person attending a performance must have a ticket.

Crow’s Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission without refund if conditions are violated and expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct it deems objectionable.

Ticket holders assume all responsibility for any risk or bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending any event at Streetcar Crowsnest, and waives all right to claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after the event.
