Box Office & Ticket Information

ONLINE
Tickets and subscriptions for all performances can be purchased at crowstheatre.com, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All tickets purchased are subject to a service charge of $2.50 plus hst.

IN PERSON
At the box office, 345 Carlaw Avenue (at Dundas Street East), one hour prior to each performance with the exception of Sunday Pay-What-You-Can performances when the box office opens at 12pm.
 
PREMIUM SEATING
Enjoy a relaxed experience with the best seats in the house reserved just for you! Most performances have a limited number of Premium Reserved seats available for an additional $15 plus HST (or $20 plus HST for NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812).  Request Premium Reserved Seating when speaking to a box office representative or select Premium Reserved Seating from the menu when purchasing online. Premium Reserved Seating is available on adult and senior tickets.

SUBSCRIBE
Save up to 40% by purchasing one of our curated or flexible subscriptions or save even more with our preview subscriptions. View our subscription packages here.
 
GROUP PURCHASES
Groups of eight or more save 20% on any performance. Call our box office to make arrangements.
 
SENIORS (65+)
Patrons 65 and older save 20% on all regular-priced tickets. Select the senior pricing option when purchasing tickets online or inform the box office when calling. 
 
ARTS WORKERS
We believe in supporting the greater arts community by offering $25 tickets to any performance for our patrons who work in the arts. Proof of eligiblity will be required.
 
PWYC SUNDAYS
Every Sunday at noon, a limited block of pay-what-you-can tickets are released for in-person purchases for that day’s performance(s).
 
UNDER 30 AND STUDENTS
$20 tickets are available for students and for those who sign up for our Under 30 program at crowstheatre.com/u30Under 30 tickets are limited to 10 per performance and one (1) per U30 registrant. Proof of eligibility will be required. Subject to availability. 
PLEASE NOTE:
Under 30 tickets to NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 are sold out for the run.
 
RUSH LINE
If a show is sold out, on the day of the performance we will also hold an in-person “rush line” outside the theatre. Any last-minute cancellations or holds released will be sold to those in the rush line for $30 per person, cash only, on a first-come, first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee the availability of rush tickets, but we will always hold a line for those who wish to try their luck at last minute tickets.

ATTENDANT CARE AND COMPANION TICKETS
Complimentary attendant care and companion tickets are available for patrons living with a disability who require assistance to use our facility. Crow's Theatre is a proud member of the Easter Seals Access 2 Program.

Ticket & Theatre Policies

SOLD OUT SHOWS
Although a show’s status may show online as sold out, it is possible that tickets could be released for sale again as we do allow exchanges up to 24 hours before the performance (free for subscribers, $5 per order for single ticket holders). Please check back on our website as availability is subject to change.
  
WAITLIST
If you are a subscriber, and the date you want is unavailable, we do offer subscribers the chance to add their name to a waitlist to be contacted if tickets become available for a sold out performance.
 
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Please click here to see our Health and Safety Commitment as we welcome you to our 40th anniversary season. Any changes to our policy will be updated on the website and communicated with all ticket holders prior to their scheduled performance.   
 
TICKET SERVICE CHARGES
All tickets purchased are subject to a service charge of $2.50 plus hst.
 
TICKET PICK UP
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your performance to give you ample time to find parking, pick up your tickets at the box office, choose your seat, and enjoy a beverage or snack from our Lobby Bar. 
 
LATECOMERS
For most performances, latecomers CANNOT be admitted. In the interest of all patrons, latecomers and those who leave the theatre during a performance will only be admitted if there is a suitable break in the performance, as identified by the creative team. Latecomer seating location will be at the discretion of the front-of-house staff. 
 
TICKET EXCHANGES
Ticket exchanges are possible if you contact the box office at least 24 hours in advance of your performance date; subject to availability on the new date. There is a $5 exchange fee for each order. This service is a free benefit of being a subscriber. 
 
RECORDING AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES
As a courtesy to the performers and other patrons, please set all electronic devices to silent. The use of cameras, video cameras or sound-recording devices of any kind is prohibited during the performance. Any person using an unauthorized recording device will be required to surrender or erase any recordings, photographic or digital images, and may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued. We do encourage you, though, to take out your camera during the curtain call and share your experience at the theatre.

If your tickets are lost, we will gladly arrange for a replacement. Simply bring Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to the box office at least 30 minutes prior to your performance.
 
Streetcar Crowsnest reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket. 
 
Regardless of age, each person attending a performance must have a ticket.
 
Crow’s Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission without refund if conditions are violated and expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct it deems objectionable.
 
Ticket holders assume all responsibility for any risk or bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending any event at Streetcar Crowsnest, and waives all right to claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after the event.
