Tickets and subscriptions for all performances can be purchased at crowstheatre.com, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All tickets purchased are subject to a service charge of $3.50 plus hst.

- Performances begin at 1:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
- Seats are grouped into Tier A and Tier B. Tier A is comprised of seats with the
best viewing experience as selected by the Artistic Team. - All seating is reserved. Choose your seats when booking tickets.
- Those requiring accessible seating should select Tier B for front row access.

- Performances begin at 2 PM and 8 PM.
- Seats are grouped into Tier A and Tier B. Tier A are limited reserved seats with
the best viewing experience as selected by the Artistic Team. Tier B seats are
general admission. - Exact seat selection is not available in the Studio Theatre, however Tier A ticket holders may make seating requests.
- Those requiring accessible seating should select Tier B for front row access.
▶︎ Sold Out Shows
Although a show’s status may show online as sold out, it is possible that tickets could be released for sale again as we do allow exchanges up to 24 hours before the performance (free for subscribers, $5 per order for single ticket holders). Please check back on our website as availability is subject to change.

▶︎ Ticket Pick Up
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your performance to give you ample time to find parking, pick up your tickets at the box office, find your seat, and enjoy a beverage or snack from our Lobby Bar.
▶︎ Latecomers
For most performances, latecomers CANNOT be admitted. In the interest of all patrons, latecomers and those who leave the theatre during a performance will only be admitted if there is a suitable break in the performance, as identified by the creative team. Latecomer seating location will be at the discretion of the front-of-house staff.
▶︎ Children / Babes in Arms
Due to the nature of our productions and performance spaces, 'Babes in Arms' are not permitted in our theatres. Additionally, it is strongly recommended that children under the age of 12 are not brought to the theatre except for advertised family and community shows/events. Children under this age must be supervised for the duration of the performance by a parent/caregiver. Children unable to sit quietly may, along with their accompanying adult, be asked to leave the theatre. Please contact boxoffice@crowstheatre.com for age appropriate information for specific productions.
▶︎ Ticket Exchanges
Ticket exchanges are possible if you contact the box office at least 24 hours in advance of your performance date; subject to availability on the new date. There is a $5 exchange fee for each order. This service is a free benefit of being a subscriber.
▶︎ Recording and Electronic Devices
As a courtesy to the performers and other patrons, please set all electronic devices to silent. The use of cameras, video cameras or sound-recording devices of any kind is prohibited during the performance. Any person using an unauthorized recording device will be required to surrender or erase any recordings, photographic or digital images, and may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued. We do encourage you, though, to take out your camera during the curtain call and share your experience at the theatre.
Terms and Conditions
- All sales are final; there are no refunds. Please see the Tickets Exchange policy above.
- Subscriptions are only valid for productions for the season purchased. Remaining balances cannot be carried over to another season.
- All programs and artists are subject to change without notice.
- All ticket pricing is subject to change without notice.
- If your tickets are lost, we will gladly arrange for a replacement. Simply bring Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to the box office at least 30 minutes prior to your performance.
- Streetcar Crowsnest reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
- Babes in Arms are not permitted in our theatres. Regardless of age, each person attending a performance must have a ticket.
- Crow’s Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission without refund if conditions are violated and expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct it deems objectionable.
- Ticket holders assume all responsibility for any risk or bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending any event at Streetcar Crowsnest, and waive all right to claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after the event.

If a show is sold out, on the day of the performance, rush tickets may be available. Any last-minute cancellations or holds released will be sold in-person for $30 on a first-come, first-serve basis, once the box office opens. We cannot guarantee the availability of rush tickets.
Ticket exchanges are possible more than 24hrs before your show time. The ticket exchange fee is $5 per exchange, or free if you’re a subscriber. For all exchanges, please get in touch with the box office indicating the show date you wish to exchange to.
On Sundays, even if a show is listed as sold out online, we have an allotment of tickets set aside for PWYC. We start selling these PWYC tickets as of 12 PM and they are sold in-person on a first come first serve basis. Payment can be made with cash or card.
We offer Senior pricing for patrons 65 years and over.
All Crow’s Theatre subscriptions can only be redeemed for shows at Streetcar Crowsnest in our 2025.26 season. As part of Crow's new strategic partnership with Soulpepper Theatre, Crow's subscribers receive a discount on tickets to shows at Soulpepper. Your subscription discount percentage applies to any tickets purchased to our co-productions, The Welkin and Narnia, plus enjoy 20% savings on all other shows at Soulpepper this season.
Shows in our Studio Theatre are on sale now and can be booked anytime. Shows in our Guloien Theatre are available to book 3 months before their first performance. Subscription bookings can be made online or through our box office team directly. Note that as a Crow's subscriber, for shows in the Guloien, you will have one week of exclusive access to seat selection prior to the general on-sale date. Groups of 10 or more save 20% on single tickets. Call or email the box office to book or for assistance with student groups.
If a show is sold out, on the day of the performance we will also hold an in-person “rush line” outside the theatre. Any last-minute cancellations or holds released will be sold to those in the rush line for $30 per person, cash only, on a first-come, first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee the availability of rush tickets, but we will always hold a line for those who wish to try their luck at last minute tickets.

Under 30 / Student Program Details
The UNDER 30 / STUDENT ticket program aims to alleviate barriers to participation in the arts for young people and welcome new audience members to Crow’s Theatre. This program will help Crow’s build audiences, create a more equitable artistic sector, and invite more people to enjoy the benefits of participating in the arts. In addition, the program supports the long-term health of the performing arts community by introducing young people to theatre and inspiring the next generation of arts lovers and supporters.
Under 30 / Student tickets to each performance are available in limited quantities. Subject to availability. Proof of eligibility will be required.
Please note that shows taking place at venues other than Streetcar Crowsnest (THE WELKIN, BAD HATS' NARNIA) are not included in the Under 30 / Student program. Sign up for our Under 30 newsletter to recieve information on special deals for these shows.
