▶︎ Guloien Theatre
- Performances begin at 1:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
- Seats are grouped into Tier A and Tier B. Tier A is comprised of seats with the
best viewing experience as selected by the Artistic Team. - All seating is reserved. Choose your seats when booking tickets.
- Those requiring accessible seating should select Tier B for front row access.
▶︎ Studio Theatre
- Performances begin at 2 PM and 8 PM.
- Seats are grouped into Tier A and Tier B. Tier A are limited reserved seats with
the best viewing experience as selected by the Artistic Team. Tier B seats are
general admission. - Exact seat selection is not available in the Studio Theatre, however Tier A ticket holders may make seating requests.
- Those requiring accessible seating should select Tier B for front row access.
▶︎ Late Entry and Re-Entry
Late Entry WILL NOT BE PERMITTED once a performance has begun. Shows in the Guloien Theatre begin promptly at 7:30pm and shows in the Studio Theatre begin promptly at 8:00pm. Additionally, those who leave the theatre during a performance will only be re-admitted if a re-entry policy is in effect.
▶︎ Sold Out Shows
Although a show’s status may show online as sold out, it is possible that tickets could be released for sale again as we do allow exchanges up to 24 hours before the performance (free for subscribers, $5 per ticket for single ticket holders). Please check back on our website as availability is subject to change.

View our Health and Safety Commitment. Any changes to our policy will be updated on the website and communicated with all ticket holders prior to their scheduled performance.
▶︎ Ticket Service Charges
All tickets, including those purchased as part of a subscription, are subject to a service charge of $5 +HST. When purchasing a subscription, these fees are added at checkout.
▶︎ Ticket Pick Up
Our ticket delivery options are:

- Will Call (Physical tickets picked up at the box office)
- Print-at-Home (An e-ticket PDF that can be added to Google/Apple Wallet)
- While you may print your ticket, a physical ticket is not required for entry. Staff and volunteers can scan the barcode directly from your smart phone.
- If you have exchanged your tickets, you will need to manually delete any old tickets and re-add the new ones to your wallet as they do not update automatically.
We do not ordinarily mail tickets, though we can occasionally honour requests to do so if given enough time. Mailing fees are subject to change based on the size of the order.
▶︎ Children / Babes in Arms
Due to the nature of our productions and performance spaces, 'Babes in Arms' are not permitted in our theatres. Additionally, it is strongly recommended that children under the age of 12 are not brought to the theatre except for advertised family and community shows/events. Children under this age must be supervised for the duration of the performance by a parent/caregiver. Children unable to sit quietly may, along with their accompanying adult, be asked to leave the theatre. Please contact boxoffice@crowstheatre.com for age appropriate information for specific productions.

Tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same production for a fee of $5 + HST per order, subject to availability and with 24 hours’ notice. This service is free for Crow’s subscribers.

As a courtesy to the performers and other patrons, please set all electronic devices to silent. The use of cameras, video cameras or sound-recording devices of any kind is prohibited during the performance. Any person using an unauthorized recording device will be required to surrender or erase any recordings, photographic or digital images, and may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued. We do encourage you, though, to take out your camera during the curtain call and share your experience at the theatre.

Crow’s Cabaret takes place in the Nada Ristich Studio-Gallery. All seating is General Admission and there is no assigned or reserved seating in this venue.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime.

A priority seating area is available for patrons with access needs on a first come, first served basis.
If you have specific seating needs or are attending with a support person, please contact the Box Office prior to your visit to discuss available options. ▶︎ Late Entry & Re-entry
Late entry and re-entry to Crow's Cabaret in the Nada Ristich Studio-Gallery is permitted. If you arrive after the performance has begun, please speak with a member of our front-of-house team, who will assist you with entering the space.
NOTE: this does not apply to Crow's Theatre performances in the Guloien and Studio Theatres which retain a strict no late entry or re-entry policy.

Crow’s Cabaret / Nada Ristich Studio-Gallery is a cashless venue. Purchases can be made by credit or debit card only. All tickets are subject to a service charge of $5 +HST.
▶︎ Refunds and Ticket Exchanges
Crow’s Cabaret ticket purchases are final sale, with refunds and exchanges not available. If you are unable to attend your performance, you may contact the Box Office to request that the value of your ticket be converted into a donation to Crow’s Theatre. This allows your seat to be released for another audience member while supporting the theatre.

Crow’s Cabaret is not included as part of Crow’s Theatre subscriptions, and there is no subscriber discount on Crow’s Cabaret tickets.

Terms and Conditions
- All sales are final. Crow's Theatre cannot issue refunds. Tickets can be exchanged for a different performance within the same production for a fee of $5 +HST per order, subject to availability and with 24 hours’ notice. This service is free for Crow’s subscribers.
- Subscriptions are only valid for productions for the season purchased. Remaining balances cannot be carried over to another season. Unused subscription value may be turned into a donation to the theatre with a tax receipt if we are contacted before June 30 the year the season ends.
- All programs and artists are subject to change without notice.
- All ticket pricing is subject to change without notice.
- If your tickets are lost, we will gladly arrange for a replacement. Simply bring Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to the box office at least 30 minutes prior to your performance.
- Crow's Theatre reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
- Babes in Arms are not permitted in our theatres. Regardless of age, each person attending a performance must have a ticket.
- Crow’s Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission without refund if conditions are violated and expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct it deems objectionable.
- Ticket holders assume all responsibility for any risk or bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending any event at Crow's Theatre, and waive all right to claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after the event.
- Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited. Crow’s Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased through any unauthorized sales channel, and such tickets will not be honoured.

Every Sunday at noon, a limited number of pay-what-you-can tickets are available for in-person purchase for that day’s matinee performances at Crow’s Theatre. Limit of 2 tickets per person. Even if a Sunday performance is listed as sold out online, we have an allotment of tickets set aside for our PWYC performances. Payment can be made with cash or card.
If a show is sold out, on the day of the performance, rush tickets may be available. Any last-minute cancellations or holds released will be sold in-person for $59 (+fees&HST) on a first-come, first-serve basis, once the box office opens. We cannot guarantee the availability of rush tickets.
Latecomers WILL NOT BE ADMITTED once a performance has begun. Shows in the Guloien Theatre begin promptly at 7:30pm and shows in the Studio Theatre begin promptly at 8:00pm.

Groups of 10 or more save 20% off single tickets. Valid on Adult Tier A/B tickets. Group discounts can also be stacked on top of the Senior Discount, which is 15% off Adult tickets. Call or email the box office to book or for assistance and pricing with student groups.
If a show is sold out, rush tickets may be available. Join the waitlist in person, when the box office opens (12pm for matinees and 6pm for evening performances). Any last-minute cancellations will be sold to those on the waitlist for $59* per person, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We cannot guarantee the availability of rush tickets, but we will always have a waitlist for those who wish to try their luck at last minute tickets. Once someone is on the waitlist, they do not need to stay at the theatre to hold their place. Our box office team will let them know what time they need to return, as it varies per show. Please note: if a show is not sold out, rush is not available and tickets will be sold at full price at the door.

Under 30 / Student Program Details
The UNDER 30 / STUDENT ticket program aims to alleviate barriers to participation in the arts for young people and welcome new audience members to Crow’s Theatre. This program will help Crow’s build audiences, create a more equitable artistic sector, and invite more people to enjoy the benefits of participating in the arts. In addition, the program supports the long-term health of the performing arts community by introducing young people to theatre and inspiring the next generation of arts lovers and supporters.
Under 30 / Student tickets to each performance are available in limited quantities. Subject to availability. Proof of eligibility will be required.
Please note that shows taking place at venues other than Crow's Theatre (ROGERS V. ROGERS, DESIGN FOR LIVING, THE WRONG BASHIR, DANCER) are not included in the Under 30 / Student program. Sign up for our Under 30 newsletter to recieve information on special deals for these shows.
