Our Commitment To You

As we welcome audiences back to Streetcar Crowsnest, our commitment to the health and safety of our patrons, artists, and staff is paramount.

  • In accordance with the provincial government’s vaccine mandate, and Crow’s Theatre’s vaccine policy, all patrons, artists, and staff who visit Streetcar Crowsnest must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination.
  • Fully vaccinated means you have received your last dose at least two weeks prior to the date of your visit to the theatre.
  • Patrons can show either paper or electronic documentation, including a digital photograph.
  • Click here to access the government site to download an electronic vaccine receipt.
  • Without exception, all visitors to Streetcar Crowsnest must be fully vaccinated, which precludes any patrons under the age of 12 who are not yet able to be vaccinated.

  • All patrons, staff, artists, and volunteers inside Streetcar Crowsnest must always wear a facial mask that covers their mouth and nose.
  • Masks may be removed to eat or drink while seated inside the Lobby Bar or outside on the patio.
  • Food and drink is not permitted in the Guloien Theatre during performances and masks must always be worn while watching a show.
  • All visitors are actively screened for contact tracing purposes upon arrival at the theatre.
  • Tables and chairs will be placed around the lobby to allow for social distancing, and we ask everyone to be respectful of each other’s personal space

In the new year, we will be operating six performances a week at 100% capacity and two performances a week at 50%.
The schedule will be as follows:

Wednesday 2 pm
Wednesday 8 pm
Will operate at 50% capacity.

Tuesday 8 pm
Thursday 8 pm
Friday 8 pm
Saturday 2 pm
Saturday 8 pm
Sunday 2 pm
Will operate at 100% capacity.
Seating bubbles at the 50% capacity performance dates are based on ticket orders. If you are attending the theatre with a patron who purchased their tickets separately from you, please let patron services know prior to your performance date so we can ensure a bubble of the correct size is available.

  • Our state-of-the-art HVAC system provides superior air quality by using only 100% fresh air.
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all our guest and staff areas take place prior to every performance, after intermission, and post-show.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located at all entrances and throughout the facility.

  • If you have purchased tickets to any performance now operating at 100% capacity but would prefer to move back into a performance with physical distancing, contact patron’s services at (647) 341-7390 ext. 1010 to speak directly with a representative. If another date is not convenient, you will be offered an account credit to use later, a tax receipt in the amount of the ticket donation, or a full refund.
  • Our reduced-contact environment includes issuing electronic print-at-home and mobile tickets, tap payments, digital ticket scanning, and digital house programs.
  • Please contact the box office if you are feeling ill with symptoms of COVID-19 and we will make every effort to rebook you into a later performance of the same show.

Our policy will continue to evolve as public health guidelines change or new government mandates are issued. Any changes to this policy will be updated on the website and communicated with all tickets holders prior to their performance.

Crow’s Theatre has been awarded a #SafeTravels stamp, which is recognized globally for adopting standardized health and hygiene protocols.
