Streetcar Crowsnest is now booking rentals. Three dynamic spaces suitable for performances, events, classes, workshops, meetings and rehearsals.
The Guloien Theatre
This 2,400 square foot theatre is a versatile venue. (The Guloien Theatre is seen here in the midst of an event set-up.) Capacity is 200 seated with up to 350 standing. There are full lighting and sound systems, within the catwalk which is 22' above the floor. The theatrical seating can be removed entirely to provide a clear 47’x 56’ space for flexible performances and events.
The Community Studio
This 1,200 square foot studio is ideal for performances, events, meetings, workshops, classes or rehearsals. The studio has full window glazing west onto Carlaw Avenue, and can accommodate up to 90 people in lecture / performance mode. The 52’ x 22’ space has a lighting grid and sound system.
Lobby Bar
With windows onto Carlaw Avenue and Dundas Street East, the Lobby Bar is a beautiful space for a variety of gatherings or exhibits.
