Can I buy a pass now and choose my dates later?
If you are purchasing a Custom Package, you must choose your dates now. 
Can I exchange my tickets for one show to another show?

If you have tickets to a show produced by Crow's Theatre (STARS: Together,  Julius Caesar, and Secret Life of a Mother), you can change your tickets for another show produced by Crow's.

If you have tickets to a show produced by a guest company, you will not be able to exchange your tickets: Besbouss, All the Animals I Have Eaten, and Blacktop Sky.

Can I change the date of my performance after I booked my tickets?
Yes.  We understand that plans can change at the last minute, so we made it as easy and convenient as possible for you to change the date of your tickets. Tickets can be exchanged for an alternative performance of the same production free (no exchange fee) and subject to availability. (There are no exchange fees charged to Frequent Flyer Subscribers. As ticket prices vary, you will be charged or refunded any difference in the ticket price. Exchanges are subject to availability.  There are no refunds or exchanges for missed shows.)
And as a Frequent Flyer Subscriber you can exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before your scheduled show time. Simply send us an email or give us a call at the Box Office (make sure to leave a message if you get our voice mail) and we can switch your tickets. Regular Box Office hours are 12pm to 5pm, Monday to FridayTicket prices vary depending on the performance day. I.e. swapping a Wednesday matinee ticket for a Friday evening performance would incur a higher ticket price.
